Job Title: Accountant
Responsibilities
- Paying of local suppliers
- Disbursement of petty cash for various approved vouchers
- Creating bills in zero software, capturing all financial transaction in accounting software
- Reconciling of petty cash voucher
- Bank reconciliation by matching bank and credit card transaction
- Drafting of bank letter
- Collecting of bank statement
- Transferring of salary advancement for staff on the 15th of each month
- Paying of staff salaries at the end of the month
- Issuing of payment voucher
- Regular visitation to the bank to drop letters and give instruction
- Going to the fuel station to purchase fuel with the driver
- Buying and exchanging of foreign currency
- Reconciling credit card
- Export/import process
