Brand & Marketing Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Summary
The Brand & Marketing Manager will oversee Agu.ng’s brand promotions across all store locations and digital channels.
The role involves designing and carrying out marketing strategies that boost awareness, attract customers, and improve sales both online and in physical stores.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in retail marketing and consumer behavior, as well as a strong ability to drive brand growth in a competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement strong marketing strategies to grow the brand, bring in new customers, and keep current ones.
  • Highlight Agu.ng’s brand identity and unique offerings to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Manage advertising campaigns, seasonal promotions, and influencer partnerships across media types.
  • Work with store leaders to host events and customer-focused activities.
  • Partner with TV, radio, and magazine outlets for increased visibility.
  • Handle social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with relevant and engaging content.
  • Execute SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and paid ads to boost online engagement and sales.
  • Use affiliate and influencer networks to widen digital reach.
  • Work with internal teams to align marketing with company goals. Track budget use to ensure efficient spend.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in branding and marketing.
  • Proven success in running digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO, CRM tools, Meta Suite, Google Ads, and analytics.
  • Proficient with Canva, Adobe tools, and similar platforms.
  • Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills.
