Credit Control Officer

Responsibilities
- Reconcile broker and insurance company accounts, ensuring accurate recording of premiums, claims, and payments.
- Ensure timely payment of commissions to brokers and agents.
- Ensure prompt disbursement of coinsurance payments in both Naira and USD.
- Raise and post journals on time and handle other assigned tasks.
- Generate regular reports on outstanding debit notes, analyzing aging accounts and overdue payments.
- Handle reconciliation of claims recoveries.
- Respond to both internal and external audit queries.
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Benefits and Claims Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Prepare and send out maturity notices to policyholders and agencies.
- Compute maturities due and ensure proper communication with relevant parties.
- Receive, review, and verify claims documents; process complete documents and follow up on incomplete ones.
- Conduct field investigations for death and disability claims verification.
- Calculate surrender values, loan amounts, and partial withdrawals.
- Process and forward benefits/claims vouchers to the Finance department.
- Share payment confirmations with agencies and ensure Finance completes payments.
- Collate and present weekly and monthly transaction reports.
- Capture transactions above N5,000,000.00 for regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and share monthly maturity listings with the team.
- Collaborate with the actuarial team to review data on unpaid maturities.
- Create and update Excel calculators for quicker computations.
- Review and collate approval requests for high-value transactions (N5M to N10M).
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirement

Location Manager

- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Agency Operations to achieve sales goals.
- Plan and execute strategies to meet sales targets within the assigned location.
- Manage the location to boost revenue generation.
- Ensure smooth communication, coaching, performance appraisal, and training of the sales team.
- Drive targets among units and agencies and ensure quarterly achievements in premium income, recruitment, and policy count.
- Hold regular monthly meetings with Agency and Unit Managers to gather feedback and monitor business operations.
- Review recruitment, retention, and engagement progress of agents regularly.
- Organize orientation and sales training for new agents within the region.
- Conduct seminars on marketing and sales programs.
- Share new product and service updates with the sales force.
- Ensure effective use of company resources to achieve stable sales results.
- Guide managers in creating effective sales strategies.
- Handle other responsibilities as assigned.
- Assist in addressing internal customer inquiries, complaint resolutions, and correcting policy discrepancies.
- Manage the location team effectively to meet set objectives.
