Regional Business Analyst (RBA), South-South Region

Job Description
The role involves driving Business Analysis, Business Performance Reporting, and Project Management across planning, performance monitoring, and gap assessment.
Also responsible for coordinating regional sales initiatives, working closely with ZBMs and head office sales support on regional input and output.

Responsibilities

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline sales reports:
    • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Analysis, Reporting & Tracking
  • Prepare reports on daily, weekly, and monthly market activities:
    • Monitoring Market Impact Team operations and reporting activities
  • Monitor Regional Operations Performance:
    • Coordinate sales activities across departments
    • Facilitate regional review meetings monthly or when scheduled
    • Organize regional Channel Partner (CP) forums

Financial Dimensions:

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports
  • Track the success of Market Impact Team initiatives
  • Ensure effective regional review meetings and CP forums
  • Manage the number of Distributors effectively

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Business Management
  • MBA or Project Management certification is an advantage

Relevant Experience & Functional / Technical Skills

  • 10+ years in Sales & Marketing, including 2 years in middle management
  • Telecom industry experience is beneficial
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and business process understanding
