Job Summary
The Sales Admin Officer will provide vital administrative and operational assistance to our sales department. You will ensure smooth workflow by managing day-to-day tasks and supporting the sales team’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer administrative support to sales staff and management.
  • Process sales orders, generate invoices, and prepare quotations.
  • Update and maintain customer databases and sales logs.
  • Monitor sales targets and KPIs; produce reports for review.
  • Organize logistics for product distribution and oversee on-time dispatch.
  • Coordinate between Finance, Inventory, and Logistics teams to streamline operations.
  • Address customer questions and complaints, delivering prompt resolutions.
  • Help create presentations and sales collateral.
  • Track dispatch schedules and follow up on deliveries with warehouse and customers.
  • Manage the complete sales order cycle.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years in sales administration or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of driving experience, preferably in FMCG.

Position Overview

  • Monitor stock levels in open markets and request POs when inventory runs low.

Qualifications
