Job Title: Area Sales Manager – East – Golden Sugar
Location: Apapa, Lagos
The Job
- To coordinate and drive sugar sales within the area in accordance with the current sales strategy to ensure that company’s sales targets and objectives within the region are achieved.
- Improve and manage customer’s relationship to ensure customer retention & loyalty.
- Provide back up support to trade and resolve all customer complaints and conflicts between the trade and the company/representative.
- Develop and implement regional sugar marketing plans to support organization plans and budget
- Facilitate Sales expansion within the assigned Area.
- Act as the company image and manage contractual relationships.
- Conduct regular market survey.
- Ensure effective coverage of the entire area
Qualifications
- First Degree in Sales and Marketing, or any other Social Science
- 5 O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics, not more than two sittings
- Professional membership with Chartered Institute of Marketing Nigeria is an added advantage
Experience:
5 years’ cognate experience
The Person:
- Have experience selling sugar.
- Have experience in redistribution of sales (including route planning) and managing a large Key Distributor.
