We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Legal Research Analyst

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities and Functions

  • Conduct various research tasks, including detailed observations, data entry in Excel, analysis support, and collection of supporting documents from online and offline sources.
  • Review internal operations to find gaps, suggest improvements, and research industry developments to support management in meeting goals.
  • Assist the CEO with academic research, writing of reports, and other related assignments.
  • Offer legal guidance on internal and external issues, ensuring all documents follow legal standards and ethical requirements.
  • Take meeting minutes, act as an intermediary between the CEO and external contacts, draft official letters, and prepare presentations.
  • Organize and keep research data and documentation for future reference and analysis.
  • Draft and review research reports related to company activities.
  • Support efforts to source grants through research.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to foster networks.
  • Help in forming partnerships with external organizations and maintain stakeholder databases.
  • Support creation of reports, technical summaries, and project outlines as instructed by management or program staff.
  • Offer logistical help for organizing meetings, workshops, and other official events.
  • Provide general administrative assistance and help with daily organizational activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Market Research, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of post-NYSC experience in legal research or related analysis roles.
  • Advantageous to have experience in research or data analytics.
  • Solid knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, effective communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and be tactful in communication.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth analysis for project evaluation and management.
  • Must uphold ethical standards.

Solar Electrician

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

  • Install solar PV systems including wiring, inverter mounting, testing, and setting up main switches and standard electrical work for both homes and businesses.
  • Lead the on-site installation team, ensuring adherence to AMG’s safety standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct site inspections before installation to confirm site readiness.
  • Collaborate with AMG staff and partners to provide technical support and training before and after installations.
  • Evaluate solar system setups done by AMG teams and contractors, including audits.
  • Identify necessary products and components for commercial solar projects.
  • Stay informed about industry changes and apply them to improve installation quality.
  • Handle customer service after installations and resolve system-related issues.
  • Assist in preparing technical documents and user manuals.
  • Comply with safety and health regulations.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Junior Accountant

Responsibilities

  • ACA qualification and master’s degree are added advantages.
  • Must have experience in startups or SMEs.
  • Strong interest in working with growing companies.
  • Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Must be skilled in Excel, Peachtree, and QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge in real estate or project management is a bonus.

Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain partnerships with institutions and consultants.
  • Coordinate internal and external legal events and meetings.

Job Requirements

Job Description
