We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Senior Treasury Officer (STO)

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Finance
Reports To: Treasury Manager

Job Summary
The Senior Treasury Officer will report to the Treasury Manager and oversee the management of Treasury Operations, ensuring strong internal controls and timely Treasury Reporting.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare Treasury Journals by the 20th of the month and at EOM key dates.
  • Generate daily liquidity reports for ALCO Members.
  • Compile Monthly ALCO Reports and coordinate ALCO meetings.
  • Produce Cash Flow Projection and Stress Testing reports monthly.
  • Manage Deposit Concentration Risk and related reporting.
  • Handle FX risk efficiently to reduce FX loss to the Bank.
  • Implement Contingency Policies for Liquidity Crisis situations.
  • Ensure full compliance with lender loan covenants.
  • Monitor and maintain all regulatory compliance ratios and reports.
  • Prepare Group Guarantee Reports (monthly) by the 3rd.
  • Submit Group Liquidity Reports by the 7th each month.
  • Provide Safe Balance and Portfolio Yield Reports by the 2nd working day.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of Treasury General Ledger accounts.
  • Achieve a minimum Orange rating in all Treasury Internal Audits.
  • Address all Audit observations within one month of report submission.

Qualification

  • A minimum of a First Degree and a postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc).
  • ACA or ACCA professional certification.
  • At least five (5) years post-qualification experience in Treasury Operations at a National Microfinance Bank or Commercial Bank.
  • Audit coordination experience with Big 4 firms (PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Familiarity with financial analysis, modeling, IFRS, and FRCN Rules.

Application Developer (Full Stack)

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description
The candidate will design and build software solutions across projects involving custom applications, core banking systems, and third-party integrations, working in a fast-changing environment. The role also includes user support, system updates, bug fixes, and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Education & Experience Required

  • Experience with Git version control systems.
  • Knowledge of middleware, microservices, and API development.
  • Experience in SQL Server, MongoDB, and Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to Cloud development and application security.
  • T24 (JBase) experience is an advantage.

DevOps Engineer

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Role
The Senior QA Engineer will design test scenarios, execute testing, detect anomalies, and provide reporting to the production teams. The role includes platform changes, service request handling, and supporting deployments.
