Hotel Waitstaff

Job Description
We seek enthusiastic waitstaff to join our team at Beulah House and Lounge. The successful candidates will deliver outstanding service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience in our restaurant and during events.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Accurately record and deliver orders.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, meeting presentation standards.
- Address guest questions and resolve complaints courteously.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.
- Keep dining areas and service stations clean and organized.
- Follow health, safety, and food-handling guidelines.
- Assist with banquets and special events when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, FSLC, NCE, OND, SSCE/GCE/NECO with a minimum of one year’s experience.
- Prior experience in waitstaff or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to multitask in a busy setting.
- Familiarity with food and beverage pairings is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
