Responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and share them with team members
- Assign duties and create work schedules to manage workflow
- Supervise, support, and mentor team members to maintain efficiency
- Ensure proper equipment usage and organize routine maintenance
- Confirm production quality meets defined standards
- Provide updates and reports to senior management
- Recognize efficiency issues and offer suggestions for enhancement
- Train new hires on equipment use and standard procedures
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies
- Manage facility operations to improve output
- Prepare training guides for the team
- Help with hiring and onboarding new staff
- Ensure the facility complies with professional and safety standards
- Manage, monitor, and arrange tasks to meet targets
- Check each station’s efficiency within the production line
- Maintain communication between staff and top executives
- Ensure availability of raw materials and necessary resources
Requirements
- A minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Food Technology or other relevant sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector
- Residents around Sango, Ogun State are preferred
