IT Support Technician

Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled female IT Support Technician to assist with software, hardware, and network-related issues. The candidate will help maintain systems and ensure daily tech operations go smoothly. A background in Microsoft Azure, cloud computing, and IT security is required.
Responsibilities:
- Offer first-level IT support by solving system, software, and device issues
- Set up and manage laptops, printers, and other devices
