Engineering Draftsman
Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Summary
The Engineering Draftsman will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed drawings based on input from engineers and architects. These drawings serve as critical plans for construction, production, or other engineering activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create precise technical drawings from specifications and sketches.
- Work with engineers and architects to include technical needs.
- Review and update designs to meet requirements.
- Use CAD software to prepare or edit designs.
- Stay current with codes, standards, and materials.
- Support field teams with necessary technical information.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Conduct visits to verify design implementation.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers and clients.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Spare Parts & Planning Manager
Qualifications
- BSc in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Certification in drafting or related field
- 1–2 years’ work experience
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks
- BIM experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of engineering design principles
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Familiarity with production systems
- Well-organized and precise
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, AutoCAD, PowerPoint)

Project Manager

Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee technical and engineering projects from planning to completion. Responsibilities include supervising installations and coordinating resources while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Define engineering project requirements and liaise with suppliers
- Coordinate design and drawings with engineering teams
- Evaluate and ensure accuracy in project deliverables
- Identify risks during implementation
- Schedule project stages and report to the Head of Engineering
- Ensure proper resource planning and execution
- Enforce safety practices and quality compliance
- Supervise logistics and material availability
- Maintain adherence to contracts and specs
- Monitor project performance against budget, quality, and timeline
- Ensure vendors meet engineering criteria
- Review and implement project actions based on outcomes
- Control contractor activity and compliance
- Confirm product functionality through testing
Qualifications
- HND/BSc/B.Eng. in Engineering
- IPMA Level D or PMP certification is an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced technical know-how
- Familiarity with various engineering disciplines
- Computer proficiency (AutoCAD, MS Projects, Excel, etc.)

Head, Marketing & Corporate Communications

Job Description
This position leads the company’s marketing and communication strategy to grow the brand and support business goals. It ensures consistent brand visibility and internal and external stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing strategies based on business targets and market research
- Work with management to refine brand positioning and marketing direction
- Maintain brand standards across all platforms
- Implement brand engagement strategies
- Use market analysis to improve strategy decisions
- Oversee digital campaigns, media planning, and product marketing
- Guide marketing staff development
- Provide insight into competitor practices
- Manage SEO, social media, advertising, and email marketing
- Coordinate marketing narratives and storytelling
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and internal teams
- Support interdepartmental alignment for campaign success
Reporting Line: Reports to the Managing Director / CEO
Qualification
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Admin, or related field
- Master’s or MBA preferred
- At least 10 years of experience, 5 of which must be in a senior marketing position in FMCG or beverages
