Job Title: Chief Strategy Officer
Requirements
- Must be a holder of a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or its equivalent.’
- Holder of Additional professional degree and certification in strategic management or its equivalent would be an added advantage.
- Suitable candidate should have a minimum of Fifteen (15) years’ work experience managing a complex enterprise’s human resources, Business, finances, operations and strategies unit.
- Candidates with at least 12 years of experience, 5 years of which had been in Group Strategic business leadership role may also apply.
- Marketing or Relationship Management past/current experience in Banking, FMCG, National Conglomerates etc. would be an added advantage
- Ability to work with timeline with proven leadership skills
- Prospective candidate must be proactive and be a good team player.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.
- Proven track record of managing complex budgets and leading execution successfully.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
- Ability to make business projections three years into the future.
