Registered Nurse / Registered Midwife
Location: Enugu
Job Description
- Deliver professional nursing care to patients at the facility
- Stay updated with nursing practices through seminars, workshops, staff meetings, and training sessions
- Keep precise and comprehensive healthcare records
- Administer medications and observe patients for adverse effects
- Recommend suitable medical devices and follow-up treatments
- Monitor and document vital signs and other patient data
- Request appropriate clinical or diagnostic tests
- Track, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
- Dispense non-IV medications
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess and adjust patient care plans
- Review and adapt treatment plans based on patients’ responses
Qualifications / Skills
- Must possess RN, RM, or B.NSc qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in the healthcare field
- Active license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
- Knowledge of perioperative nursing is a plus
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Professional demeanor with a kind attitude
- Previous home health care experience preferred
- Must be a born-again Christian with good character
- Should live around New Haven, Independence Layout, Ogui Road, or IMT/Polo area
- Prior work in ICU or ER is advantageous
- Certified in BLS/CPR and ACLS is a bonus
- Ability to work independently is a plus

Job Description
- Actively participate in surgical procedures
- Support clinical documentation and research

- Assist in positioning patients for surgery

Requirements
- Must be a practicing Christian with strong values
- Degree or diploma in Nursing / Midwifery with valid NMCN registration
- At least 7 years post-qualification experience in a sizable hospital
- Excellent verbal and written communication
