Job Description
- We are looking to hire a Client Service Representative that will engage our customers, hold conversations to understand client needs and goals, ask questions to clarify requests/concerns and take necessary actions to respond in a timely manner, while escalating client requests to the appropriate parties within the organization.
- The ideal candidate for this position must have a positive attitude, charming charisma and keep a friendly but professional demeanour at all times while attending to customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Available to attend to customer needs at all times
- Complete sales transactions and ensure conversions
- Ensure issue resolution and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or any other related field
- Excellent communication and conversion skills
- Previous Customer Service or Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Must be female and reside on Lekki/Ajah axis for proximity to work.
