We are hiring for the following roles:

Administrative Officer – General Operations

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Head of Administration

Job Purpose
The role is to assist daily operations and provide administrative support for real estate construction tasks. It ensures smooth interdepartmental coordination, proper documentation, and compliance across sites.

Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support:

  • Monitor and replenish office items and supplies.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and handle internal communication.
  • Handle clerical duties like filing, correspondence, and data input.
  • Support staff onboarding with workspace setup, ID cards, and admin induction.

Departmental & Site Assistance:

  • Act as a bridge between the head office and project locations.
  • Manage document and logistics flow between office and sites.
  • Keep track of materials, safety equipment, and site documentation.

Recordkeeping:

  • Update and maintain records for staff attendance, leave, and contractors.
  • Help compile reports—daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Store reports, vendor files, staff documents, and compliance forms.

Asset & Vendor Tracking:

  • Monitor movement and tagging of office and site assets.
  • Follow up on deliveries, repairs, and vendor performance.
  • Log facility and vendor costs accurately.

Compliance:

  • Enforce admin rules on approvals and material movement.
  • Report irregularities to the Head of Admin.
  • Help ensure adherence to company policies on-site.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc in Business or Public Administration
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate/construction
  • Prior exposure to operations or facility handling is a plus

Skills:

  • Good multitasking and record-keeping
  • Site operations knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Work Environment:

  • Mainly office-based with site visits
  • May require extra hours during busy periods

Job Purpose
Responsible for daily admin, facility, and logistics support across project sites and offices. The goal is to maintain operational flow and ensure all logistics and facility needs are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities
Facility Oversight:

  • Ensure all project and office facilities are functional.
  • Schedule repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage utilities and work with service providers.
  • Keep construction sites clean and waste-free.

Logistics:

  • Oversee movement of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain documentation and approvals for transfers.
  • Handle transportation logistics for staff.
  • Track fuel use, vehicle logs, and servicing.

Inventory Checks:

  • Maintain material movement registers.
  • Assist with physical verification and stock audits.
  • Report issues to Head of Admin immediately.

Vendor Support:

  • Coordinate with service providers for cleaning, maintenance, etc.
  • Help register new logistics and maintenance vendors.

Reporting:

  • Submit weekly reports on facilities and logistics.
  • Keep incident logs and records well organized.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc in Logistics, Business Admin, or Facility Management
  • 2 – 4 years in admin/logistics roles (construction preferred)
  • Familiarity with construction site challenges

Inventory / Storekeeper

Job Summary
Handles storage, tracking, and issuing of tools, equipment, and materials at various sites. Ensures proper inventory records and continuity of site activities.

Key Responsibilities
Stock Management:

  • Receive and inspect items; record details.
  • Organize and label items for easy access.
  • Keep the inventory ledger or database updated.
  • Conduct stock checks regularly.

Control & Reporting:

  • Release stock on approval basis.
  • Flag shortages before depletion.
  • Prepare daily/weekly stock movement reports.
  • Help with internal and external audits.

Compliance:

  • Ensure proper documentation for all goods received and returned.
  • File delivery notes and damaged item reports.
  • Follow storage safety guidelines.

Coordination:

  • Communicate with project teams and suppliers.
  • Plan ahead for material requirements.
  • Track movable tools and machines.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc in Business, Engineering, or Logistics
  • 3 – 5 years in a storekeeping or inventory role
  • Familiarity with stock software like Excel or ERP

Requirements

  • SSCE / OND / NCE / HND in Business or Supply Management
  • 2+ years of storekeeping in construction
