HR and Admin Officer

Job Summary
The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for the smooth running of daily office tasks and administrative functions, while also supporting leadership in optimizing operational effectiveness. This role suits a highly efficient, well-organized person capable of handling multiple HR and admin functions, keeping records, and ensuring office coordination.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, handle phone calls, and direct them appropriately
- Manage inquiries and provide accurate organizational information
- Supervise daily office operations including budgeting, logistics, and procurement
- Oversee recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding
- Set up and enforce office policies and systems to maintain efficiency
- Manage both internal and external communication
- Ensure organizational compliance with legal and internal policies
- Handle HR matters such as hiring, staff evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Organize training and development sessions for staff
Requirements
- B.Sc in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with HR certification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must reside in Lagos and have completed NYSC
- Age not above 28 years
