Key Responsibilities

  • Generate potential client leads

  • Deliver correct, detailed, and complete responses using appropriate tools

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be Lagos-based

Partnerships and Business Development Officer

Requirements

HR and Admin Officer

Job Summary
The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for the smooth running of daily office tasks and administrative functions, while also supporting leadership in optimizing operational effectiveness. This role suits a highly efficient, well-organized person capable of handling multiple HR and admin functions, keeping records, and ensuring office coordination.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, handle phone calls, and direct them appropriately
  • Manage inquiries and provide accurate organizational information
  • Supervise daily office operations including budgeting, logistics, and procurement
  • Oversee recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding
  • Set up and enforce office policies and systems to maintain efficiency
  • Manage both internal and external communication
  • Ensure organizational compliance with legal and internal policies
  • Handle HR matters such as hiring, staff evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Organize training and development sessions for staff

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with HR certification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and administrative roles

  • Must reside in Lagos and have completed NYSC
