- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
Qualifications / Experience
- HND / B.Sc in related / relevant field
- 1-3 years experience as customer support or client service representative
- Male Preferably.
Skill / Competence:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Must be computer savvy
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must reside in the mainland (Egbeda, Ikotun, Ikeja etc).
Salary
- N50,000 monthly.
