- Prepares database by updating all information as required.
- Validate the accuracy of existing data
- Verification, correction and re-entering of data.
- Checks files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Completing database back-ups to secure information.
- Store completed documents in designated location.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete data
- Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks.
Requirements
- Must possess a Diploma in Health Information Management and related fields.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Formal computer training would be an advantage.
