Requirements
- Must have a first Degree in Law (LL.B) as his/her educational qualification.
- Must have solid years of experience in loan recovery for a financial services firm or Law firm
- Knowledge of proper and ethical debt collection techniques.
- Strong negotiating, counseling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and use his/her initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
