Interior Designer

Location: Ojota, Lagos

Job Description
Do you enjoy designing beautiful and practical spaces? Are you skilled in visualizing concepts and bringing them to life? We are looking for a creative and talented Interior Designer to join our Projects team.

You’ll be involved from the design stage through to project completion, handling diverse furniture and interior projects. The ideal candidate should combine artistic flair with practical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design attractive and functional furniture and interior solutions
  • Develop sketches, mood boards, and 3D designs to explain ideas
  • Meet with clients to understand their vision and adjust designs accordingly
  • Ensure final designs align with company standards and client expectations
  • Work with the production team to bring ideas into reality
  • Stay informed about current trends, new materials, and tools
  • Manage timelines and budgets to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Coordinate with artisans, architects, and contractors
  • Regularly inspect sites and products for quality and consistency
  • Adhere to safety, comfort, and sustainability standards

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
  • Additional degrees or certifications are a plus

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in interior or project design

Skills:

  • Strong grasp of commercial interior concepts (Workplaces, Retail, etc.)
  • Knowledge of local regulations and building standards
  • Budget management and design planning
  • Understanding of FF&E and materials selection
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, MS Office
  • Good eye for detail and multitasking ability
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly

Quality Control Officer

Location: Ojota, Lagos

Job Summary
We’re in need of a thorough and quality-conscious Quality Control Officer to join our operations team. Your role will be to monitor all stages of production and project execution to ensure they meet international quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise production and project activities for quality assurance
  • Create and implement QC plans according to global standards
  • Review external inspection reports and documentation
  • Suggest enhancements to current quality practices
  • Quickly detect and report production defects
  • Create inspection protocols and documentation processes
  • Address client feedback concerning product quality
  • Perform internal and supplier audits for compliance
  • Liaise with teams to ensure product delivery meets standards
  • Evaluate contractors’ quality procedures and documents
  • Monitor corrective actions for compliance and efficiency
  • Promote smooth operations with quality-focused processes
  • Conduct site visits to inspect usage and standard adherence
  • Carry out other assigned tasks

Requirements
Education:

  • B.Sc. / HND in any relevant field
  • Quality certification is an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years in a quality control position
  • Familiarity with QMS and auditing processes

Skills:

  • Clear communication and problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in assessments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of industry regulations and customer needs
  • Capable of working independently or within a team

Procurement Lead

Location: Ojota, Lagos

Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Procurement Lead to join our Operations team. Your role includes sourcing materials for production, ensuring timely supply, quality control, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain supplier relationships
  • Prepare procurement documents promptly
  • Ensure delivery of materials within 4 business days
  • Generate and track purchase orders for timely fulfillment
  • Work with logistics and store teams for proper handover and storage
  • Keep accurate procurement records including invoices and contracts
  • Share daily procurement reports
  • Confirm material quality before acceptance
  • Join supplier audits and suggest improvements
  • Create efficient procurement workflows
  • Ensure error-free communication and documentation
  • Attend training and keep updated on procurement trends
  • Perform any other duties assigned

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business-related field
  • Advanced qualifications or professional certifications are a plus

Experience:

  • At least 8 years in procurement or supply chain roles
  • Membership in a recognized procurement body is preferred

Salary: ₦550,000 – ₦600,000 Monthly
