EHA Clinics, a part of the eHealth Africa network, operates a growing chain of healthcare facilities across Nigeria.

It provides advanced, tech-enabled, and data-driven medical services. Their offerings include general consultations, lab diagnostics, pharmacy support, annual health checks, pediatric wellness, ultrasound scanning, and more specialized services such as telehealth, home visits, dental and vision care.

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

Pharmacist

Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full-time

Mission Objective : The Pharmacy Unit at EHA Clinics plays a key role in enhancing patient outcomes by ensuring the appropriate use and supply of high-quality medications, along with proper counseling.

Responsibilities

Basic Transactions Process: Purpose: Provide proper medication guidance and be a trusted source of health solutions. Help shape the clinic’s pharmacy rules and policies. Support community wellness through voluntary outreach and health education. Offer guidance on personal care items as well.

Engagement: Maintain proper records for patient education. Implement educational sessions using clinic materials. Use good judgment in patient care situations and act per ethical standards. Recognize symptoms that require immediate care or referral and follow safety measures to avoid infections. Offer emotional comfort to patients.

Provide pharmaceutical services like assessing patient needs, tailoring treatment to age or condition, educating on medication use, adjusting care based on outcomes, and avoiding harmful reactions.

Basic Information Organization:

Delivery: Follow physicians’ prescriptions to prepare and dispense medications. Organize the pharmacy for efficient product access. Keep updated records of stock levels, dosages, and pricing. Evaluate and manage routine work scenarios. Ensure medications are stocked, labeled, and delivered correctly. Design treatment plans with reduced risk of side effects.

Stay updated by joining professional workshops, reading medical journals, and networking with peers in the pharmacy field.

Targeted Specialized Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or PharmD)
  • At least 2 years post-NYSC work experience in both public and private sectors
  • Must be registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) and hold a current license

Operations Assistant

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Mission Objective : The operations department ensures seamless clinical service delivery. Operations Assistants manage appointments and reduce patient waiting times while also handling general inquiries and billing.

Purpose:

  • Triage patients and assist in routine clinic management using internal tools like Odoo and EHA Care.
  • Promote clinic packages and keep patient flow smooth.
  • Schedule patient visits and send reminders through calls, texts, and emails.

Engagement:

  • Explain clinic services to walk-in inquiries.
  • Bridge communication between patients and internal departments like the lab or pharmacy.
  • Assist HMO clients with approvals and eligibility checks.

Delivery:

  • Manage billing and collect payments through cash, POS, and transfers.
  • Support internal operations through communication and documentation.
  • Take initiative in new responsibilities that add value to clinic services.

Targeted Specialized Knowledge

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles like Personal Assistant or Front Desk
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Business Administration or Secretarial Studies

Driver

Job Summary : The Facilities Unit handles areas such as transport, IT support, and safety. The Driver will handle vehicle operations, transporting staff, patients, or goods as needed, while maintaining all safety and vehicle maintenance procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

Purpose:

  • Follow organizational travel rules and safety policies
  • Transport people safely as per schedules and assignments
  • Support logistics for outreach events and medical emergencies

Engagement:

  • Report incidents or vehicle issues promptly
  • Maintain professional behavior with colleagues and visitors
  • Greet and treat people respectfully

Delivery:

  • Stick to pickup/drop schedules and notify of any absences
  • Ensure the vehicle is in good condition before each trip
  • Follow road safety laws and avoid using phones or other distractions while driving
  • Clean and maintain the vehicle regularly

  • Must understand basic car repairs and servicing
  • Prior experience as a professional driver is preferred
