This role involves overseeing stock levels, maintaining temperature-controlled storage, upholding professional standards, and ensuring exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of medication dispensing
  • Manage inventory to avoid shortages, excess stock, and expired items
  • Ensure correct storage of medications according to safety guidelines
  • Maintain cold-chain storage for vaccines
  • Uphold professional conduct and deliver excellent customer service
  • Offer medication counseling and basic health advice
  • Perform routine screenings (e.g., blood pressure, blood sugar)
  • Keep accurate records of prescriptions, sales, and vaccinations
  • Prepare and submit monthly operational reports
  • Maintain lawful records for controlled substances (poison book)

Qualification and Experience
