Requirements
- BSc Degree with 1-4 years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably in hospitality

- Familiarity with social media and online marketing tools is beneficial

Key Responsibilities
- Perform internal audits across departments and outlets to ensure compliance

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in auditing (hospitality experience is advantageous)
- Strong grasp of auditing methods and financial reviews
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP or audit software is a plus

IT Support Analyst

Are you someone who enjoys solving technical problems and maintaining IT systems? We are looking for a skilled IT Support Analyst to help ensure smooth operations across our company’s tech infrastructure.
About the Role
The IT Support Analyst will handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrading of IT systems. The person will also support all teams with technical needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer Level 1 and 2 support on issues relating to systems, hardware, networks, and printers
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and professionally
- Set up and maintain computer systems and software
- Monitor systems and perform routine upgrades and maintenance
- Handle user access, roles, and system security
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation
- Provide tech support during employee onboarding and exit processes
- Liaise with external IT service providers when needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field (preferred)
- Experience in IT support roles
- Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and basic network setups
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and team-working abilities
