Job Summary
The Facility and Fleet Officer will be in charge of administrative duties, fleet logistics, and facilities oversight.
The individual will coordinate with outsourced service providers to ensure proper upkeep and timely resolution of facility and vehicle issues, with zero unresolved escalations.
Responsibilities
Facilities Maintenance and Administration:
- Manage daily activities of janitorial personnel
- Improve administrative workflows and propose better processes
- Inspect office spaces to assess maintenance or renovation needs
- Coordinate events, recycling, and upgrades as required
- Ensure equipment is functioning and properly serviced
- Maintain vehicle papers and rental records
- Support smooth internal communication to enhance operations
- Liaise with landlords and facility managers to resolve issues
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory within set budgets
Fleet Maintenance:
- Oversee scheduled vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Handle registration, licensing, and renewals
- Ensure availability of fleet for operational needs
- Prepare performance reports for drivers
- Enforce adherence to traffic and operational regulations
- Address staff concerns regarding vehicles and drivers promptly
Relationship Management:
- Assist the Administrative Manager in timely procurement processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Estate Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills
- Innovative and proactive problem solver

Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities
- Offer strategic financial advice to the MD and develop planning processes
- Prepare accurate financial statements and monthly reports

- Advanced financial software skills and tax compliance knowledge
- Proven team leadership and performance management experience
