We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Project Site Planner

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Execute and update relevant sections of the Project Controls Plan (PCP) relating to scheduling and planning.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for on-site fabrication and installations.
  • Evaluate physical progress and performance metrics against the original project schedule and VOWD.
  • Identify variances in schedules and assess impacts from changes, delays, or new trends.
  • Predict key project milestones based on current tracking and productivity data.
  • Provide scheduling insights during project meetings to help meet safety and timeline goals.
  • Analyze project schedule impacts, perform productivity assessments, and conduct “What-If” simulations.
  • Coordinate team and contractor schedules while tracking work productivity.
  • Adjust resource allocation for critical tasks to reduce risks of delays.
  • Keep detailed daily records of disruptions or incidents affecting the project timeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in project planning and control within EPC environments.
  • At least 5 years experience in lead planning roles on construction sites.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across diverse teams and contractor groups.
  • Background in resource forecasting and multi-phase planning.
  • Experience in HSSE compliance and quality-focused project delivery.

Project and Integration Consultant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Engineering & Design: Lead execution of detailed engineering with the EPC Contractor to ensure alignment with project needs and Shell standards.
  • System Integration: Manage the full integration of topside systems from design through construction and commissioning.
  • Vendor Management: Ensure timely delivery of vendor documentation supporting fabrication and construction schedules.
  • Commissioning Oversight: Integrate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities into project plans.
  • Interface Control: Coordinate technical interfaces across vendors for engineering, logistics, and installation.
  • Contractor Alignment: Guide and support EPC contractors in meeting Shell’s safety and performance standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (COREN registrable), with advanced credentials being an added advantage.

  • Over 25 years of experience in deepwater FPSO/Brownfield projects, including the Gulf of Guinea and Bonga asset.
  • Solid background in managing complex offshore engineering scopes.
  • Strong knowledge of SIMOPS, life extension projects, and Brownfield engineering.
  • Experience across all project phases from design to commissioning and final handover.
  • Capable of managing interfaces with multiple contractors and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with diverse teams.

Database Administrator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
HSE Culture:

  • Promote strict compliance with Shell and IOGP HSE protocols across project locations.

Engineering Oversight:

  • Supervise detailed engineering activities with EPC partners, ensuring all deliverables meet integration and Shell standards.

System Integration:

  • Manage integration of topside systems across all project phases—design, fabrication, and commissioning.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Facilitate timely submission and review of vendor documents aligned with the master schedule.

Commissioning Planning:

  • Include completions and commissioning requirements within project timelines.

Interface Management:

  • Coordinate the flow of information and execution between vendor work packages.

Contractor Engagement:

  • Mentor EPC teams to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Database Management:

  • Configure and oversee GoCMS for topside integration and tieback execution tracking.

ITR Oversight:

  • Develop and maintain Inspection and Test Records (ITRs) using WEFS, engineering drawings, and tag registers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Certification in GoCMS or similar completions systems.
  • Experience with Shell projects or deepwater operations preferred.
  • At least 10 years of industry experience, with 7 years as a GoCMS Administrator.
  • Strong skills in managing commissioning logic, ITRs, and system completions.
  • Familiar with project lifecycle tools and documentation workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to data security and system accuracy.
