- Strong record of leadership in investment management across multiple asset types.
- Expertise in formulating and executing investment strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, market operations, and portfolio risk control.
- Capacity to articulate and implement long-term investment strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
