ICT Personnel

Role Summary
The selected candidate will manage IT systems, provide technical assistance, and implement IT policies effectively.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, upgrade, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks for peak performance.
- Set up and manage data backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Offer technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Configure and manage network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Install, update, and maintain software and operating systems.
- Provide technical assistance throughout the hospital.
- Set up computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Diagnose and repair system faults and resolve network problems.
- Respond promptly to service requests and technical issues.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Solid knowledge of hardware, Windows/Linux OS, networking protocols, and IT security basics.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices like firewalls, encryption, and malware protection.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python) and SQL database management skills.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Summary
Provide dedicated nursing care within general medical and surgical units. Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering treatments, and supporting recovery through evidence-based methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and maintain both electronic and paper documentation.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and manage wound care.
- Monitor and report vital signs irregularities.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings.
Qualifications & Examinations
- Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc.) or HND in Nursing.
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), including indexing and examinations through the NMCN portal.
Required Certification & Licensing
- Active NMCN practising license (renewed biennially).
- Successful completion of the NMCN Professional Qualifying Examination.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year post-NYSC experience in a hospital environment.

Medical Officer (General Practice)

Job Summary
Become part of our healthcare team by delivering holistic primary and acute care services to both in-patients and out-patients. You will collaborate with consultants and healthcare professionals to promote excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in both general wards and outpatient departments.
- Conduct routine medical procedures (e.g., lumbar puncture, joint aspiration).
- Prescribe and manage medications according to hospital guidelines.
- Maintain precise patient documentation in both digital and physical formats.
- Participate in clinical audits, mortality/morbidity reviews, and quality improvement projects.
Qualifications & Examinations
- MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 1 year post-internship clinical experience (preferred).
- Strong skills in emergency response and patient triage.
- Completion of a 12-month internship (housemanship) with all necessary documentation (F-Forms, E-Form(4), and B-Form(1)) properly signed.
- Full registration and practising license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN); full registration typically processed within 4 weeks after internship.
Required Certification & Licensing
- Active MDCN practising license (renewable annually).
- Certificate of Good Standing (LOGS) for internationally trained applicants, including EPIC verification if needed.
