Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:

  • Handle customer complaints efficiently through various platforms and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Investigate issues to pinpoint patterns or recurring problems.
  • Work with other departments to resolve complaints quickly.
  • Evaluate and enhance the complaints handling process to boost effectiveness.
  • Address frequent customer problems and recommend systemic improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and ensure practices align with regulations.
  • Liaise with legal and compliance units to address and manage regulatory issues.
  • Maintain detailed reports of complaint trends, feedback, and resolution outcomes.
  • Provide consistent updates to top management with actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in complaints handling within financial institutions.
  • Good knowledge of banking services, operations, and products.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory policies on complaint resolution.
  • Minimum of 3 years in the Fintech or banking space, particularly in customer issue resolution.

Salary: N200,000 Monthly

Card Sales Officer

Locations: Agege, Abule Egba, Oshodi, Mushin, Berger, Ikeja, Ikotun, Igando, Egbeda, Iyana Ipaja, Ayobo, and Isolo – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
The candidate should be skilled in maintaining strong connections with merchants in the assigned area and able to recognize client needs to offer tailored solutions for mutual growth.

Responsibilities

  • Market and sell ATM cards to merchants in designated clusters.
  • Identify and enroll new merchants to meet set goals.
  • Educate agents on product benefits.
  • Resolve issues reported by clients.
  • Grow a strong network of merchants.
  • Monitor daily transactions of registered merchants to ensure target achievement.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients.
  • Possess good product knowledge and guide clients accordingly.
  • Consistently present valuable offers to meet customer objectives and drive referrals.

Requirements

  • OND in any relevant field.
  • 0 – 1 year of experience; fresh graduates can apply.

Benefits

  • N80,000 Monthly (Net) + performance bonuses based on KPIs.

Fleet Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time GPS activity of vehicles or assets.
  • Analyze deviations in routes, idling, and activity logs.
  • Generate reports for speed breaches, unauthorized routes, etc.
  • Troubleshoot GPS issues including signal errors or data delays.
  • Coordinate with field teams to validate GPS data.
  • Update geofences and tracking zones in the software.
  • Notify management in emergencies or breaches.
  • Match GPS records with manual reports for accuracy.
  • Manage backend GPS settings and IoT SIMs.
  • Help install or maintain GPS hardware as required.
  • Train team members on tracking systems and protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

  • OND, HND, B.Sc. in any related discipline; GIS or Fleet certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tracking, dispatch, or logistics coordination.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Geotab, Fleet Complete, etc.
  • Understanding of telematics and IoT networks.
  • Comfortable using Google Earth, GIS tools, and Excel.

Salary: N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly
