Job Description
- Handling of all incoming Calls to the company
- Follow-up of prospects and customers for close of sales and after sales customer relationships.
- Prompt issuance of invoices to service-based customers, and liaising with the customer to ensure such invoices are settled in good time.
- Preparation of proposals and other business correspondences, both for business solicitation and products sale
- Partake in the marketing activities for the company’s core products and services
- Take responsibility for orderliness and conducive ambience within the office
