Qualifications and Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing in banking, fintech, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets, preferably in financial product sales.
- Core Skills:
- Knowledge of banking products and digital financial services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
