This role includes conducting thorough audits, analyzing operations, offering strategic feedback, and ensuring compliance with all internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities
Audits & Compliance Duties:
- Perform audits in departments like finance, procurement, operations, and inventory.
- Ensure all practices follow internal rules, financial laws, and best industry standards.
- Highlight risk areas and recommend operational improvements.
Strategic Input:
- Advise management with insights to strengthen financial checks and workflows.
- Design audit practices tailored for QSR businesses.
- Suggest solutions for fraud risks and internal inefficiencies.
Variance Review & Reporting:
- Examine financial data to identify unusual patterns or mismatches.
- Investigate income, expense, payroll, and inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

- ACA/ACCA/CIA certifications preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and analysis skills.
- Expert knowledge of financial regulations and audit tools.
- Ability to explain findings clearly to executives.
- Proficiency in ERP tools, Excel, and auditing platforms.
