Front Desk Officer
Location: Mowe, Ogun

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
- Help with general administrative duties such as organizing files and maintaining records
- Monitor and restock office supplies when needed
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager for smooth office operations
- Supervise the cleaner and ensure the work environment is tidy
- Make sure essential supplies are available at all times
- Keep track of drivers’ attendance and update their logbook
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in administrative or front desk roles
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 Net Monthly

Human Resources Officer

- Oversee daily HR tasks within the factory
- Lead recruitment and onboarding of factory staff
- Prepare salary schedules using Microsoft Excel
- Promote a positive work culture and organize employee engagement activities
- Address staff concerns and manage conflicts
- Monitor performance of all factory staff
- Handle documentation and HR reports
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or a similar field
- At least 5 years of HR experience; factory experience is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Must live within Berger, Mowe-Ibafo or nearby areas

Finance Officer

Requirements
- Must be skilled in Tally ERP
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or relevant course
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in accounts payable
- Should live in Berger or Mowe-Ibafo area
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Net Monthly
