About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients using calls, SMS, or chat to promote fintech offerings
- Explain product benefits clearly to match customer needs
- Assist leads with onboarding and ensure they understand the process
- Track communication and conversions using CRM tools
- Meet and surpass assigned acquisition and conversion targets
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for message consistency

Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years’ experience in telesales or customer outreach (preferably fintech/tech)
