Sales Representative

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Summary
We need a dynamic Sales Representative to support our new Egg Depot in Ikorodu. You will boost sales, build strong connections with retailers, wholesalers, and walk-in customers, handle leads and inquiries, and ensure timely deliveries to keep depot operations running smoothly. Candidates must live in Ikorodu, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell egg products to existing and prospective customers in and around Ikorodu.
  • Generate and nurture leads into loyal clients with excellent follow-up and service.
  • Serve walk-in shoppers, process orders, and handle queries efficiently.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Track stock levels and work with logistics to guarantee prompt delivery.
  • Keep precise records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of proven experience as a Sales Representative in sales, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

You will create and carry out marketing plans to draw in and keep customers, raise awareness of our egg offerings, and strengthen our brand locally. Community outreach and customer engagement on the ground are key. Applicants should reside in Ikorodu and understand the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute local marketing initiatives to boost egg sales.
  • Identify and connect with potential B2B and B2C clients, including retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, and households.
  • Run on-the-ground campaigns like flyers, roadshows, and local events.
  • Track market trends, gather customer feedback, and monitor competitor moves.
  • Form partnerships with local businesses to increase depot foot traffic.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing aligns with sales objectives.
  • Measure campaign success and analyze performance data.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Proven marketing experience, ideally with agro-based products.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Driver to join our Ikorodu team. You will be in charge of safely transporting products, staff, and equipment, ensuring on-time deliveries, and keeping the company vehicle in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver goods, personnel, and equipment to designated sites.
  • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
  • Obey all traffic regulations during duty.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks (oil, fuel, tires, lights).
  • Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs immediately.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and orderly.
  • Log trip details, mileage, fuel use, and service records accurately.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items as needed.
  • Coordinate with team members for smooth logistics.
  • Handle company goods carefully to prevent damage or loss.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
  • Minimum of three years’ professional driving experience.
  • Good knowledge of Lagos routes.
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance and repair knowledge.
