Responsibilities
- Set up and manage a reliable financial system to handle project funds with a focus on transparency, accountability, budgeting, and adherence to internal controls, financial reporting, audit compliance, and donor regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on all project-related financial tasks.
Experience and Qualifications
- Relevant academic qualifications in accounting or finance.
- A valid ICAN / ACCA / CPA certification with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- A minimum of 3 years working with internationally funded project finance.
- Strong experience with accounting tools and online systems.

Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Climate Finance Specialist to manage and execute climate finance projects. The selected candidate will play a central role in accessing funds from organizations such as the Green Climate Fund (GCF), Adaptation Fund (AF), and Global Environment Facility (GEF), while maintaining compliance with their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Climate Fund Accreditation & Compliance
- Ensure the organization stays compliant with GCF requirements.
- Handle re-accreditation tasks and preparations for AF and GEF engagements.
- Use Direct Access Entity (DAE) credentials to manage climate-related funding projects.
Project Development & Management
- Work with stakeholders to discover potential climate projects.
- Prepare concept notes and full proposals that match GCF and NDC goals.
- Build financial plans and execution frameworks.
- Supervise project execution, risk tracking, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement & Capacity Building
- Foster relationships with national and international partners.
- Represent the organization in climate-related forums.
- Organize internal training sessions and support readiness plans.
Monitoring, Evaluation, & Reporting
- Build and manage monitoring systems with the internal team.
- Ensure proper financial tracking and adherence to donor reporting formats.
- Coordinate third-party audits and submit required reports.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Climate Finance, Environmental Economics, Business Admin, or related area.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in climate finance or development finance institutions.
- Solid experience with GCF processes and project proposals.
- Awareness of Nigeria’s NDCs and global environmental strategies.
- Skilled in project management tools and MS Office.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CFA are a plus.
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.
- Must be based in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities
Marine Logistics Coordination
- Organize marine vessels such as PSVs, AHTS, DSVs, and crew boats.

Offshore Operations Support

Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Marine Science, Maritime Management, or similar.
- STCW or similar certifications are ideal.
- Valid BOSIET / HUET certification.
- At least 8 years’ marine experience, with 5 years offshore oil & gas.
- Strong knowledge of marine logistics and offshore protocols.
- Familiarity with Nigerian maritime rules and offshore work conditions.
