We seek a seasoned Business Development Professional with solid B2B experience in forging strategic alliances with top institutions, high-net-worth individuals, public figures, and more. Beyond charisma, you must navigate complex corporate structures, earn trust, and craft pitches that meet multi-layered business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead B2B expansion: Identify, engage, and secure long-term partnerships with decision-makers across sectors.
- Tailor proposals: Customize sponsorship decks to align with clients’ strategic goals and brand identity.
- Manage sales cycle: Oversee everything from lead sourcing to final agreement, handling multi-stakeholder negotiations and extended decision timelines.
- Foster relationships: Build and maintain trust-based connections with senior executives for ongoing collaboration.
- Collaborate for impact: Partner with internal teams to design measurable CSR initiatives that meet sponsor requirements.
Requirements
You are a fit if you:
- Have at least 3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, sponsorships, or strategic partnerships.
- Grasp B2B complexities and adapt strategies by industry, buyer profile, or organizational hierarchy.
- Are comfortable engaging C-level executives and institutional stakeholders.
- Are goal-oriented, tenacious, and excel at closing deals from cold outreach.

As part of our northern Nigeria expansion, we need a Marketing Officer/Executive fluent in the local language and culture of Kano. This role goes beyond creating visibility—it’s about crafting positive perceptions of Ifeanhealth, building community trust, and understanding regional health narratives to strengthen our brand with hospitals, NGOs, government bodies, and the public. You will plan community campaigns, impact events, influencer collaborations, and medical marketing, all grounded in cultural insight and strategic storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Ifeanhealth’s offerings throughout Kano and neighboring states.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and prospective partners.
- Devise and implement marketing and community engagement plans.
- Conduct field visits, market research, and promotional outreach.
- Represent the brand at public events, campaigns, and outreach sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Health, or related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing or sales experience.
- Fluency in Hausa and English; knowledge of Fulfulde is a plus.
- Strong grasp of northern customs, values, and etiquette.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of integrated marketing campaigns (offline and digital).
- Healthcare marketing, NGO communications, or CSR experience is advantageous.
