We are hiring for the following positions below:

Senior Specialist, Compliance

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing ethics and compliance initiatives across Nigeria and other operating countries.
  • Promote adherence to local legal frameworks and IHS internal guidelines.
  • Contribute to policy creation and revisions that foster compliance and ethical conduct.
  • Disseminate compliance information through available internal communication tools.
  • Assist in designing and delivering training programs for staff and managers.
  • Support updates to compliance monitoring structures.
  • Carry out reviews to verify adherence to internal processes.
  • Work alongside auditors during compliance assessments.
  • Assist with compliance risk reviews and monitor the implementation of mitigation plans.
  • Help address issues requiring follow-up or investigation.
  • Promote and support whistle-blower policy awareness.
  • Participate in internal inquiries and assessments regarding misconduct.
  • Maintain proper documentation and track compliance efforts.
  • Carry out other duties as directed by the Associate Director, Compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Industry certifications like CCEP I or CFE are added advantages.
  • 7-9 years of relevant work experience in compliance, audit, or risk roles, ideally in global firms or telecoms.
  • Strong grasp of Nigeria’s compliance and legal landscape.
  • Familiarity with anti-bribery laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act) and sanctions regulations.
  • Experience conducting training and managing learning systems.
  • Skilled in handling investigations.
  • Language: English is essential; French, Arabic, or Portuguese is a plus.

Specialist, Regional Security

Requirements
