Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified HR and Admin Manager to lead our human resources operations and oversee office administration functions.
This individual will be tasked with crafting and executing HR initiatives that support overall company goals, while ensuring smooth daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and well-versed in HR practices and Nigerian labor laws.
Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Design and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and regulations
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: from job postings to onboarding
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Address staff issues, resolve disputes, and support line managers
- Oversee performance evaluations and growth planning
- Organize training programs based on staff development needs
- Keep employee data accurate and updated using HR systems
- Ensure adherence to employment laws
- Supervise offboarding and exit interviews
- Promote a productive and positive work culture
Administration:
- Manage everyday office operations for efficiency
- Handle procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
- Supervise maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures
- Arrange staff travel and logistics
- Plan internal events and staff meetings
- Handle office communication and documentation
- Maintain structured filing and admin processes
- Track office expenses and manage budgets
- Ensure workplace health and safety
- Provide support to senior management when needed
Qualification / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in HR roles
- Experience in facilities management, cleaning services, or insurance is an advantage

Salary: N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly
