Job Summary
The HR/Admin Assistant will support both Human Resources and administrative functions. You will help with recruitment tasks, maintain employee records, and handle general office duties. Confidentiality and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Support:
- Draft and post job adverts, review applications, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Assist with new-hire orientation and paperwork.
- Keep employee files and HR systems up to date.
- Track attendance, leave requests, and process timesheets each month.
- Organize staff trainings, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
- Ensure company policies and labor laws are followed.
- Safeguard sensitive personnel information.
- Administrative Support:
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage incoming mail.
- Set up and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors for replenishment.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate travel plans and itineraries for staff and management.

Qualifications and Skills
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Prior experience in real estate or construction.

Maintenance Officer
Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT) – Office/Site/Estate Properties

Job Summary
The Maintenance Officer will oversee the upkeep and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment across all Interrand Group properties. You will ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, on time, and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to spot repair needs and safety risks.
- Perform basic fixes such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Supervise external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance jobs, repair dates, and service logs.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Respond swiftly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
- Compile reports on maintenance activities, incidents, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications and Skills
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in building or facilities maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
- Physically fit, able to work in various environments and at heights.

The Sales and Marketing Officer will drive property sales and promote our real estate offerings. You will identify prospects, close deals, and support marketing campaigns to boost our brand and customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Duties:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and on-site visits.
- Showcase and sell land, homes, and commercial units to clients.
- Conduct property tours and guide customers through purchase steps.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update client databases for follow-up.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide regular sales performance reports to management.
- Marketing Duties:
- Help plan and execute marketing strategies and events.
