Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job type: Full-time (Hybrid)

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain reliable ELT data pipelines using Airbyte, Cloud Functions and BigQuery
  • Create Dataform models based on Kimball and data-vault frameworks, with automated testing
  • Fine-tune BigQuery for speed and cost efficiency
  • Build semantic layers and dashboards for self-service and governed access
  • Define access controls, PII safeguards and audit trails for sensitive data
  • Establish naming conventions, documentation and SOPs for the data catalog
  • Participate in Git-based code reviews, CI/CD and automated testing for our data stack
  • Mentor BI analysts and interns on SQL best practices and dashboard optimization
  • Lead workshops to boost data literacy and Looker proficiency across teams

What you need:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on BI or data-warehouse experience in cloud (GCP preferred)
  • Expert SQL skills and strong knowledge of dimensional modeling
  • Experience with dbt or Dataform, Looker/LookML and workflow schedulers (e.g. Airflow)
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and code review processes

Data Analyst

Overview:
You’ll analyze attribution, engagement and behavior data to surface insights that drive our growth experiments. You’ll build automated dashboards, partner with growth and marketing teams on campaign optimization, and ensure our analytics support A/B testing and privacy compliance.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end analyses for key growth and product initiatives

Mobile Engineer (Swift)

Senior Officer, Management Reporting
