Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and roll out sales plans to meet company objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales reps to boost their performance.
  • Establish and monitor sales goals, ensuring targets are hit.
  • Spot new markets and potential clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Compile and present sales forecasts and reports to senior leaders.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams on lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Keep track of competitor activities and market shifts to maintain competitiveness.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction promptly.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience.

Salary

  • ₦400,000–₦700,000 Monthly.

Job Summary
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolve customer queries, provide product/service information, and ensure high customer satisfaction to support sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications
