Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Solar Sales Executives to become part of our expanding team.
This opportunity is best suited for candidates with at least 3 years of practical experience in selling solar products, including home solar units and minigrid setups.
Successful applicants will be expected to grow sales, build customer networks across households, businesses, industrial sites, and public institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell solar energy solutions (home installations, business projects, and minigrid systems)
  • Identify and establish new customer relationships with individuals, communities, companies, and government entities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned markets
  • Conduct on-site inspections, prepare customized proposals, and present to clients
  • Manage full sales processes – from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales services
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams for seamless project execution
  • Meet or surpass assigned sales goals
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to the management team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a similar field preferred
  • Certification in Solar Sales will be a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of verified experience selling solar products (both residential and minigrid solutions)
  • Solid knowledge of the solar industry, technology trends, and customer needs
  • Ability to handle a wide client range: residential, industrial, and public sectors
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and client engagement skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and team-oriented

Salary: N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly
