Head of Sales

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Create strong sales plans that support business targets and increase revenue.
  • Study the market to spot growth chances and adjust approaches to stay ahead of rivals.
  • Guide and support the sales team, helping them hit both personal and team goals while promoting a strong performance culture.
  • Manage key client relationships by understanding their expectations and offering tailored support to build trust and loyalty.
  • Explore new markets to grow the customer base, building new contacts through meetings, outreach, and business presentations.
  • Produce sales projections and budget plans based on market data and past trends, reviewing results and making changes when necessary.
  • Review key sales indicators like market share, profitability, and revenue; provide regular updates and insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate with teams in marketing, product, and logistics to make sure sales activities match broader business plans.
  • Use CRM software to manage leads, improve tracking, and maintain accurate sales records.

Managing Director

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

What does the job involve?

  • Plan and carry out the company’s long-term goals with a focus on growth and market share.
  • Supervise all core departments including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
  • Grow company income through market development and solid business alliances.
  • Find and make use of new growth opportunities in the tech and electronics sectors.
  • Motivate and lead senior executives to meet company goals.
  • Make sure the business runs smoothly, makes profits, and follows industry rules.
  • Act as the company’s face in top-level meetings, trade events, and government discussions.
  • Stay updated with changes in the industry to support effective business decisions.
  • Share regular business reports and strategies with the board of directors.

Requirements (Non – Negotiable)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • At least 15 years of top-level management experience in electronics or tech sectors.
  • Solid record of increasing profits and driving business success.
  • Skilled in leadership, partnership building, and negotiations.
  • Knowledge in growing businesses through distribution and market outreach.
  • Strong finance background with experience in P&L and investment.

Driver

Job Description

  • Operates the company staff bus to provide timely and secure transport for employees.
  • Checks the condition of the vehicle regularly — oil, brakes, tires, lights, and other essentials.
  • Offers support and guidance to other drivers when required.
  • Keeps logs of passengers and reports any incidents or issues promptly.
  • Handles other related duties given by management.
  • Follows road safety at all times.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have an SSCE qualification with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
