Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused ERP Data Entry professional with hands-on SAP experience to help streamline our operations. You will maintain accurate data in our ERP, handle daily transactions, and ensure smooth workflows across inventory, sales orders, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update and validate large sets of data on inventory, sales orders, customer accounts, and supply chain details
- Assist the logistics team with timely data support
- Prepare reports to inform management decisions
- Detect and fix data errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Partner with various departments to gather and process accurate data promptly
Qualifications and Skills
- ND or Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years’ practical experience with SAP ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus
- Proven ability to enter data quickly and accurately
- Good understanding of FMCG business processes (inventory, distribution, finance)
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
