ERP Data Entry Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused ERP Data Entry professional with hands-on SAP experience to help streamline our operations. You will maintain accurate data in our ERP, handle daily transactions, and ensure smooth workflows across inventory, sales orders, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update and validate large sets of data on inventory, sales orders, customer accounts, and supply chain details
  • Assist the logistics team with timely data support
  • Prepare reports to inform management decisions
  • Detect and fix data errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
  • Partner with various departments to gather and process accurate data promptly

Qualifications and Skills

  • ND or Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–3 years’ practical experience with SAP ERP systems
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus
  • Proven ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Good understanding of FMCG business processes (inventory, distribution, finance)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Area Marketing Manager

  • Experience across multiple African markets (e.g., Ghana, Kenya, South Africa) is a strong advantage
