We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Rental Supervisor, Workshop & Repair

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Outline – Repair Options:
Oversee the efficient scheduling and management of activities within the Workshop & Repair Options section.
Lead teams of technicians to perform routine and site-based maintenance work, ensuring standards are followed and customer requirements are met for Caterpillar equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and monitor all contract-related tasks for timely execution while avoiding financial setbacks.
  • Lead engineering teams in ensuring proper servicing, detailed inspections, and reporting.
  • Supervise the overhaul of rental fleet equipment (gas and diesel) both onsite and at workshops, keeping track of operating hours.
  • Manage parts inventory during overhauls and ensure proper return of used components.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing department to update MANCRM and carry out all necessary repairs.
  • Complete appraisal documentation for graduate trainees per training department guidelines.
  • Visit clients to pursue new contracts and address service complaints.
  • Ensure all engineers observe company safety practices and asset management protocols.
  • Offer technical assistance as required for business continuity.
  • Act as a backup for other supervisory or managerial roles when needed.
  • Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations of Mantrac Nigeria.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc / B.Eng or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (preferably with Sales/Marketing training).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

Power Systems Sales Executive

Location: Abuja

Job Outline:
Drive sales targets for Electric Power Generation (EPG) products in your assigned territory and industry segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure orders that meet or exceed targets, especially for high-value deals.
  • Ensure full payment is received and documentation is correctly processed.
  • Schedule visits to current and prospective clients to promote company products actively.
  • Provide technical product support and advice to clients.
  • Gather and share market intelligence and competitor updates.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc / HND in Engineering or a similar field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales/technical/marketing experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
