Summary
We are in search of a proactive team member who can support daily office operations and assist in managing basic coordination duties across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors with professionalism and a warm demeanor.
- Handle calls, forward messages, and respond to general inquiries.
- Offer accurate info about the company’s services to visitors.
- Oversee deliveries, packages, and mail management.
- Keep the reception tidy and well-organized.
- Help schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Maintain logs for guests and follow office security practices.
- Support with admin tasks like document handling, data entry, and filing.
- Assist with internal communications and occasional HR duties.
- Liaise with vendors and logistics partners as necessary.
Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Communications, or similar field.
- 2–6 years prior experience in reception or front desk roles, preferably in media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Well-presented and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Good with Microsoft Office tools.
- Trustworthy with confidential materials.
Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦120,000 per month

Qualifications
- HND or equivalent in Admin or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in creative/media sectors.

- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Good with Microsoft Office, Google tools, and media platforms like Trello or Slack.
- Independent and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with media workflows is an added advantage.
