Fleet Officer – Refurbishment

Description
- Track all expenses related to vehicle refurbishment to support proper repricing
- Keep records of assessments for all churned vehicles and handle their management
- Inspect vehicles and identify refurbishment needs
- Provide cost breakdowns for refurbishment to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager
- Ensure recertification of churned vehicles is done on time per SOP
- Oversee the checkout of refurbished vehicles
- Create and update job cards for vehicles marked for refurbishment
- Record all refurbished vehicles on VAMS and enter data for pricing and activation
Requirements
- OND in any Engineering-related field
- Preferably Mechanical Engineering
- 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician or in fleet operations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of inventory management methods
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Strong fleet management knowledge
- Good analytical and critical thinking
- Keen attention to detail and confidentiality

Job Description
The Battery Swap Station Attendant oversees activities at the battery swap point for electric motorcycles. Tasks include managing battery swaps, helping riders, arranging motorcycles at day’s end, and handling overnight charging.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the swap station for efficient battery exchanges
- Support riders during swaps and ensure they follow the right process
- Maintain and monitor battery charging and condition
- Supervise proper bike parking at close of day
- Oversee battery charging during the night
- Keep logs of battery usage, swaps, and any issues
- Follow all safety rules for staff and riders
Requirements
- OND or similar certification

Documentation:
- Keep proof of both pre- and post-inspection checks
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Check vehicles before service to know what repairs are needed
- Monitor repair processes to ensure spare parts are used correctly
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with checklist updates
- Visit service workshops to confirm quality work per standards
- Test vehicles after repairs to confirm all issues are fixed
Vehicle Refurbishment:
- Help assess vehicles using pre-checklists before refurbishment

Administrative Function:
