Responsibilities
- Plan driving routes in advance to find the fastest route.
- Pick up clients from specified locations on time.
- Monitor traffic and weather updates for better route planning.
- Modify routes to avoid traffic jams or construction.
- Respond to clients’ queries regarding local spots and areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and comfort inside the vehicle.
- Arrange regular car servicing and report mechanical problems.
- Schedule car wash services to ensure the vehicle remains clean.
- Transport clients to and from our estates for property inspections.
Requirements
- OND / HND qualification with 5 – 7 years of relevant experience.

Job Description
- Prepare reconciliations and financial reports.
- Confirm payments and issue receipts.
- Manage payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Analyze income and expenditure variances.
- Prepare yearly financial reports.
- Handle tax filing and payments for FIRS, Pension, and other regulatory bodies.
- Perform capital asset reconciliations.
- Recommend process improvements to minimize errors.
- Update accounts receivable/payable and carry out reconciliations.
- Handle balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
- Review expenses and payroll records.
- Maintain accurate financial records in databases.
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly financial reports.
- Support other accounting projects as needed.
Requirements
- Relevant academic qualifications.
- 3 – 5 years of related work experience.
