We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager with a strong background in the oil, gas, and manufacturing industries, particularly electrical engineering, and proven expertise in sales, market analysis, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the electrical engineering sector.
- Generate new business leads, pursue opportunities, and align them with company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring alignment with business development goals.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability.
- Oversee client onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Provide regular business development reports to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous.
- At least 10 years of experience in business development or client relations within engineering or industrial sectors; electrical engineering experience is a plus.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the electrical engineering industry.
